PALMETTOTRANSPORTATION

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Palmetto Transportation LLC when you book a seat.

Effective 4 October 2026

What you are buying

Palmetto Transportation LLC provides round-trip coach transportation between a stated pickup point and a stated destination on a stated date.

A booking is a license to travel on that service. Seating is open: your booking entitles you to a seat, and specific seat numbers are assigned automatically and may be changed by the driver for operational or safety reasons.

Departure times

The coach departs at the stated time. Please arrive at least ten minutes beforehand. We cannot wait for late passengers without making every other passenger late.

Return times are estimates unless stated otherwise. For sporting fixtures the coach departs approximately thirty minutes after the event ends.

Conduct on board

Passengers must follow the driver's instructions at all times. We may refuse boarding, or require a passenger to leave at a safe location, where a passenger is intoxicated to a degree that presents a risk, behaves abusively toward other passengers or the driver, or damages the vehicle. No refund is due in those circumstances.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on board.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy: full refund more than 72 hours before departure, credit toward a future trip of equal or lesser value inside 72 hours.

Liability

We maintain the insurance required of a passenger carrier in our operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for personal property left on board, or for consequential losses arising from a delayed or canceled service — for example a missed event, connection or accommodation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
